Color Palette
Last night I signed up on Martha Stewart Weddings to get wedding tips emailed to me every day...FUN! Today in my inbox I found a few of Martha's favorite color palette options. Since my wedding is in the fall (OMG I can't believe I'm actually talking about MY wedding...still so surreal!) I am leaning towards base colors of brown, cream and green. I would also love to throw in a little champagne and maybe some pop colors of orange and magenta. Do you think that is too much? Please send me any suggestions!!

LOVE that color selection! I was married in Dec. and had creams, greens, and champagne. You cant go wrong with those colors!
ReplyDeleteHello, I am a new follower/reader of your blog and wanted to comment on your post about wedding colors. I just had my own wedding in the fall, and from experience and also being a graphic designer, I would keep it simple to your three main colors (champagne will fit in with the cream color). I would hesitate to bring in more than three because then it just starts to look like a rainbow of colors. The colors you chose are simple, clean and classic! Enjoy planning. *LCR*
