Perfect Table
One of the most important things involved with planning an event is getting organized! A great software program I have found to help with organizing seated dinners is Perfect Table Plan. Whether you are planning a gala for 500 or a rehearsal dinner for 50 this is the program to help you get started! Perfect Table is definitely user friendly and it provides you with several different representations of your table plan. It is easy to make changes when reservations are cancelled and it even helps you plan for vegetarian meals or any other special food needs. This is a great resource for anyone in the event planning business, but it is inexpensive ($29.95) and well worth the investment for one time use.
